Two things:
1. Where is this pot people are throwing money into?
2. Cyanide poisons the cytochrome system, causing metabolic shutdown. I don't think it makes you vomit up your organs - at least none of this victims I've tried it on has vomited up theirs, though they did thrash around in a way that was frenzied and perhaps a little erotic-looking.
Two things:
