This is actually drawn (and photoedited) even though it looks like a photograph. If you look closely, it's obviously not a picture, but at first glance it can be decieving. My fetish for guro extends to a fetish for axphyxiation, hence this wallpaper. It makes me incredibly happy, I love the ropes in the background. Alexandra did not draw this, Alexandra found this and used it for her wallpaper. Alexandra is not trying to take credit for this or any of her wallpaper screenshots.
